I am a BAFTA-winning director of photography with over 20 years' experience shooting for BBC, ITV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Channel 4 and international platforms.

I work closely with directors and commissioners from the earliest stages to develop a visual language - finding the tone, texture and grammar that supplements and helps shape how a story is told, not just how it looks.  I've presented visual treatments directly to broadcasters, helping steer the look and feel of entire series before a frame is shot.

My work spans observational access; presenter-led and archive-led documentaries - from intimate contributor-led stories to high-profile primetime series.  I bring an editorial sensibility to every project.

As an owner-operator I carry a full Sony Burano camera system, comprehensive lighting package, an extensive range of cinema lenses.  UK A2 CofC and FAA Part 107 certified drone operator.
